Poem 201 ± December 22, 2015

Walidah Imarisha
Three Poems

Broken
I am
Broken
And no one will
Play
With me
For fear
Of cutting themselves
On my sharp
Edges.

Shattered Haiku
He shattered my thighs
I rain down his cheeks and streak
Cum/tears/rainwater

Scars
Don’t ask about my scars
Just don’t cause any new ones
